Pig-in-a-Box provides simple solutions for all catering situations.
We provide sumptuous gourmet pork sausages in a variety of traditional bratwurst or kransky styles in a french baquette roll with a wide variety of toppings, condiments and sauces.
For larger events or on request, we also provide a 12 hour slow (twice) cooked pulled pork, with Sweet Baby Rays honey smoked BBQ sauce and freshly made coleslaw.
à la carte and fixed menu solution’s are available.
No one set menu suits everyones needs, please contact us for your specific requirements; we’re sure to find a solution to fit your needs. For example, you may want to run an Oktoberfest and desire an all German fare or perhaps, St.Patricks day and want to cater to an Irish flavour. We can provide a set menu to suit your needs.
We offer a traditional German Bratwurst sausage**, which is 100% course ground pork sausage meat with our mix of special herbs and spices.
This is a mild, full flavoured sausage that is enjoyed by everyone and is available in the following styles:

The Kransky sausage** is a smooth textured full flavoured sausage that has been enhanced by smoke curing.
